Since Clark was a high school student he has always based his life on the principle of “beyond”. By God’s grace, his life has been filled with unique opportunities that shape culture, bring strategies of transformation to all sizes of organizations, and communities, allowing his family to influence tens of thousands of lives, many high-capacity organizations, inside the church world, in the market place, in education arena’s, in the city, and government. His solution-oriented insight allows him to step into almost any situation and bring options to see the challenge become an opportunity for growth. Now Clark’s desire is to take all the lessons they’ve learned through their great success and greater challenges and pour them into you. Taking the opportunity to be more targeted in coaching high-capacity leaders (you are one!) in creating winning cultures in the workplace and home, helping organizations with strategic planning to jump to the next curve, and pouring into families to see everyone succeed at a high level. While also learning to lead at a high level during personal, or professional crises. Knowing that along with their graced life of influence, Clark, with his family’s support, has overcome 14 unique tumors & diseases, which taught them all that crisis is always current, so learning to be effective during it is one of the greatest pieces of wisdom you can ever attain. He does so with grace, humor of not taking ourselves too seriously, and an opportunistic viewpoint of how to see you, your family, and your organization succeed, through thriving in a healthy environment. Clark, and his wife Robin, have been married 30 plus years, have 3 kids, & 4 young grandkids. All their kids are thriving in high-capacity arena’s, allowing them to transform lives one at a time while leaving God’s thumbprint in all that they do. It is Clark, & Robin’s greatest accomplishment and thrill to watch their children, and their families, influence at such a high level. They reside in the North Dallas area where they enjoy the proximity to so many great cultural opportunities. Their family lives with one purpose, to see you live in life beyond your wildest dreams.

As the co-founder of E320 Leadership, Journey Church, Loveworks Leadership, and the “Girlfriends” strategy, she has shaped experiences that have impacted tens of thousands of lives across generations. With a deep passion for serving people and building the Kingdom, Robin combines creativity, clear communication, and strategic organization to lead events, guide teams, and develop thriving volunteer cultures. Her leadership style is marked by joy, discernment, adaptability, and a commitment to creating life-giving spaces where others can encounter hope, vision, and purpose. Robin believes that “crisis is always current,” and has built a life of intentional flexibility—ready to meet needs, seize opportunities, and bring peace into chaos. She sees every gathering, big or small, as an opportunity to reflect God’s creativity and care. Robin and her husband, Clark, live in the greater DFW area, where she treasures time with their adult children and four young grandchildren.
